About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lab Support Staff member to join a reputable pharmaceutical and biotechnology organization based in Bilthoven.

This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a regulated lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain laboratory workspaces, equipment, and supplies
• Receive and process incoming samples to assess suitability for testing
• Assist analysts in preparing samples for testing
• Discard samples following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team guidance
• Accurately label specimens and ensure correct distribution to the relevant departments
• Maintain thorough and accurate lab records and documentation
• Support internal quality control efforts as directed by the Laboratory Manager

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Lab Support or Lab Assistant
• Must hold citizenship in a European country
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
• Good organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong verbal and written communication in English

Desirable Attributes:

• Motivated to build a career in pharmaceuticals or clinical research
• Comfortable working in a regulated laboratory setting
• Being able to start on short notice is a plus
