A global pharmaceutical organization with a strong research and manufacturing footprint is seeking a Support Technician to join their team. This position plays a key role in both R&D development programs and GMP operations, providing hands-on support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:

The Support Technician will rotate across several critical areas, including formulation lab activities, technical support for development and GMP manufacturing, documentation review, and equipment oversight. This is a dynamic role suited for individuals with technical acumen and a flexible, team-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily lab and manufacturing activities (including cleaning, setup, and documentation)
• Assist with SOP authoring/review, process documentation, and compliance tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to support R&D and pilot-scale production timelines
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives and root cause investigations
• Maintain accurate records and uphold all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in technical operations, manufacturing, or product development
• Strong working knowledge of cGMPs; experience with solid oral dosage or liquid products a plus
• Familiarity with systems like SAP and Microsoft Office
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities
