Under the direction of the Laboratory Administrative Director, oversees all activities of the NSMC Salem Phlebotomy Department. Includes managing all offsite phlebotomy personnel and operations. Provides direct supervision of all Phlebotomists. Minimum of 5 years of progressive laboratory managerial experience required Previous Phlebotomy Management or Clinical Laboratory Services Management preferred; Operations experience. B.S. in Business or A.S. Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/biology with equivalent experience preferred Previous Outreach experience is a plus! M.T., M.L.T.
