We are seeking an experienced Network Security Specialist (an immidiate joiner) to analyze and resolve customer issues, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. You will stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices for network, email, and endpoint security solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot security issues related to Palo Alto, Fortigate, FortiAnalyzer, Crowdstrike, and email security technologies.
• Analyze customer problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Stay current with evolving network security trends, threats, and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for effective security management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in network security, specializing in firewall, endpoint, and email security solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, routing protocols) and security concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Certifications such as PCNSE (Palo Alto) and NSE 4 (Fortinet) are required.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role is a plus.
