Roles And Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot network problems and outages, schedule upgrades, and collaborate with network architects

Conduct network assessments and recommend improvements.

Document network configurations, updates, and policies.

Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and vendors on infrastructure projects.

Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, etc.).

Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, Network Switches , IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.

Knowledge or Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network Certification.

Basic Knowledge of Network

IT L1 Support

Software & Hardware Knowledge with Exposure

CCNA or any Network Certification Required.
