Our Customer is a Silicon Valley based company that is engaged in researching emerging technologies.

We are seeking a contract Korean Bilingual People Operations Specialist to manage and provide comprehensive, operational and analytical support to the People team. This role will be responsible for both general statistical tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities across departments.This role is onsite in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to all dispatchers
• Compile weekly project status reports
• Provide administrative support to the teams
• Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example all-hands meeting, happy hours, team building events
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams
• Provide accounting support
• Perform other tasks as assigned
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• College degree required
• Fluency in English and Korean required
• 3+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies, preferred but not required
• Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, statistical skills of using Excel is preferred
• Strong written/verbal communications skills
• Integrity and sound judgement in handling confidential information
• Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
