**Kofax Solutions Problem Manager** **The Role:** Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Problem Manager with wide experience in the Kofax field to serve our diverse base of global clients. With a focus on Kofax technologies the candidate will ensure seamless operations and enhance efficiency in purchase request processing. This hybrid position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams. **Responsibilities** + Manage and resolve technical issues related to Kofax Capture Network Server to ensure smooth operations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system inefficiencies. + Implement solutions using Kofax E-Signature Essentials to streamline document processing. + Oversee the integration of Kofax Transformation to enhance data accuracy and workflow automation. + Provide expert guidance on Kofax Capture to optimize system performance. + Develop strategies to improve purchase request processing using domain expertise. + Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. + Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. + Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues. + Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical solutions. + Document problem-solving processes and maintain comprehensive records. + Train team members on Kofax technologies to enhance their technical skills. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in problem management. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience with Kofax Capture Network Server demonstrating proficiency in managing technical issues. + Have a strong understanding of Kofax E-Signature Essentials showcasing ability to implement effective solutions. + Demonstrate expertise in Kofax Transformation with a focus on improving data accuracy. + Exhibit proficiency in Kofax Capture ensuring optimal system performance. + Experience in purchase request processing is highly desirable providing valuable domain knowledge. + Ability to work in a hybrid model adapting to both remote and in-office environments. + Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend improvements. Applications will be accepted until **05/11/2025.** The annual salary for this position is between **$120,500 - $140,000** depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
