Requirements
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers
Maintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needs
Manage inventory of prepared ingredients, ensuring compliance with temperature and shelf-life guidelines
Ensures food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of products
Set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations
Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team
Adhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards
Support opening and closing duties, including end-of-shift cleaning
Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
Follow safety and security standards diligently
Performs all other duties as required or assigned by management
Cross-training Responsibilities
Managing the cash register throughout the shift ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner.
Stocking products on shelves and making sure the store always looks clean and professional.
Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times.
Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property
Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issue as needed
Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines
Cross and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales
Escalate any issues to their next level manager that needs immediate attention.
Performs all other duties as required or assigned by management
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
Knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs
Strong teamwork and punctuality skills
Able to read, write and speak basic English
Able to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period
Additional Requirements
Must be able to work various shifts and days of the week
