About the job:

TastyFood Sales & Marketing Pte Ltd provide one-stop distribution and marketing solutions for FMCG products, with various local and international brands across different categories. Looking for Key Account Manager that has experienced in Snack & Confectionary category. 


Key Account Management: 

·      Develop and execute strategies to onboard and grow account with key retailers.

·      Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with principals and key retailers, to achieve sales targets and mutually beneficial partnerships.

·      Plan and implement promotions, working with external and internal stakeholders to drive sales and increase product visibility.

·      Leverage your experience of the Snacks and Confectionery market, including consumer trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to plan and implement sales strategies and promotions.

·      Forecast sales volume and monitor performance, providing internal reports on account activities and growth.

·      Work and assist cross functionally to achieve company objectives.


Job Requirements:

·      Strong understanding of the Snacks and Confectionery market and trend, preferably with 5-6 years of relevant working experience.

·      Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and distribution goals.

·      Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

·      Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Diploma or degree in business, marketing, operations or any relevant studies.
