What You'll Do

As our Key Account Sales professional, you'll drive sales and strengthen our market presence in Finland's agricultural consumer packaging segment. Working closely with our Nordic team and reporting to the Country Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
  • Strategically penetrate the Finnish market, with special focus on fresh produce and convenience packaging
  • Contribute to the development of sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and monitor trends
  • Promote the NNZ brand through customer engagement, marketing efforts, and industry events
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and innovative solutions


What We’re Looking For

Background & Experience

  • Degree in commercial sales or relevant field
  • Strategic B2B sales experience with packaging
  • Experience within the convenience and fresh produce trade is a plus
  • Proven ability to build and grow key accounts
  • Strong analytical, planning, and budgeting skills

Skills & Qualities

  • Fluent in Finnish and English (written & spoken)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with negotiation and influencing skills
  • Result-driven, structured, and customer-oriented
  • Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
