  • Prepare related files and materials, make customer visit plan; discuss with customers about the project that will be constructed.
  • Confirm customers’ order, press customer to pay; handle sales behind issues; deal with emergency.
  • Responsibility of top/bottom line growth through price/cost management.
  • Responsibility for accounts receivables, monitoring A/R aging and coordinates with accounts receivable controller.
  • Management of logistics functions e.g. warehousing, delivery.
  • Work closely with marketing, platform functions and technical team to align resources and develop unique value proposition at critical application, strategy and resources deployed. Inspire Bold Innovation
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Providing of basic technical support to customers. Build Great Talent
  • Attend Company’s sales conference; communicate with technical service people to solve project problems.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Working closely with technical service/applications to service customers’ requirements.
  • Control of inventory levels through replenishment and planning.
  • Handling of customer complaints
  • Management of customer service for forecasting, ordering, shipment tracking, local delivery. Build Customer focused Mindset
  • Understanding and gathering insights & trends in the market, at competitors and customers, to provide value-added, compelling solutions to customers.

Qualified candidates will have: Mandatory requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of key account management working experience; 2 to 3 years in R&D or production work experience in Food Company is preferred.
  • Food science or related background; excellent negotiating and communicating skills, and excellent presentation skills is plus
  • GTM experience in food ingredients.
  • Knowledgeable about industry trends.
  • Understanding of the target market, Knowledge of food science.
  • Strong customer mindset and value-added thinking Desirable requirements:
