As a Key Account Manager based in Athens or Thessaloniki, you will work closely with the Sales Manager / Country Lead and be responsible for;

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, advocacy groups, and internal teams to identify needs and create tailored solutions for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of neurological conditions.
• Conducting literature reviews on the epidemiology and treatment landscape of neurological disorders and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Developing and delivering educational content for healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers to raise awareness and share best practices in neurology.
• Acting as a subject matter expert, supporting cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives related to neurology.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and relevant regulatory bodies to stay ahead of therapeutic trends and evolving guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in large account management and/or sales is preferred.
• Passion and motivation to drive successful outcomes and deliver strong sales results.
• Advanced proficiency in English and confidence using corporate digital tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Experience in the Multiple Sclerosis field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of specialty and/or institutional sales experience is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of large account management experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Greek healthcare system, key stakeholders, and care delivery models.
