Job Description

• Support the onboarding, training, and incubation of new sellers and communities.
• Manage and nurture relationships with sellers, groups, and partners to ensure active use of the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Payments, Marketing) to address seller needs.
• Provide market and seller insights to help improve platform strategies.
• Analyze market trends and assist in identifying growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing and executing seller engagement campaigns.
• Help troubleshoot seller issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain detailed account management plans for assigned sellers.
• Participate in planning and facilitating new product launches and seller initiatives.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales.
• Background in e-commerce, tech startups, or digital platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
