Job Description
Support the onboarding, training, and incubation of new sellers and communities.
Manage and nurture relationships with sellers, groups, and partners to ensure active use of the platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Payments, Marketing) to address seller needs.
Provide market and seller insights to help improve platform strategies.
Analyze market trends and assist in identifying growth opportunities.
Assist in developing and executing seller engagement campaigns.
Help troubleshoot seller issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain detailed account management plans for assigned sellers.
Participate in planning and facilitating new product launches and seller initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
2-4 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales.
Background in e-commerce, tech startups, or digital platforms is an advantage.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights and suggest improvements.
Passionate about digital business solutions and helping entrepreneurs grow.
