Summary

Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance, flavor, food and personal care industries for over 45 years. We have a global presence with sites in India, France and Dubai and serving customers across Asia and Europe with high quality ingredient solutions. As we expand our presence, we looking for a motivated Key Account Manager based in Singapore to become a part of our team for the ASEAN region.


We are looking for a performance-driven, customer-centric individual with a strong work ethic and communication skills to join our team as Key Account Manager for the Singapore and ASEAN market. We are seeking a team member who will develop, implement and execute sales plans with customers in order to grow profitable sales and support overall business objectives.


Territories covered: Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam


Tasks

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • Work with customers to grow the business, negotiate new business and find new avenues for new product and business development with persistent and organized follow-ups

  • Provide insights and market intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Represent the company in Business fairs, conferences, tradeshows

  • Travel to visit regional customers for sales and customer satisfaction purposes.

  • Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements

  • Able to navigate cultural and legal differences and expectations of local regional customers

  • Providing regular MIS reports and updates on sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to the Senior Management

  • Develop deep customer relationships at all levels, through intensive networking and providing best in class customer experience.


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Economics / International Relations etc

  • Motivated individual with past Sales Experience in B2B segment

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in fragrances, ingredients, chemicals and related industries

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to build relationships with international customers

  • Confident and personable with a customer centric attitude and positive spirit

  • Organised and able to work in fast paced environment autonomously

  • Big ideas and persistent curiosity

  • Portuguese English, Mandarin; any additional languages is a plus.
