Summary
Job Description
Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with key accounts’ decision-makers or representatives
Know the details and drivers of assigned sellers and are responsible for the seller’s growth and management at Shopee Mall
Understand data points to provide insights to brands regarding sales performance and operational improvements
Assist in troubleshooting seller-related problems and providing actionable proactive solutions to potential issues
Deliver impact on category growth by ensuring seller campaign participation and marketing support
Provide in-depth insight on assigned sellers to Category Managers / Team Leads in order to execute overall category strategies in line with the brand’s goals
Requirements
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
With minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in key account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding presentation skills
Process-oriented and logical
Practices a high level of confidentiality
Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Amenable to work in The Podium, Mandaluyong City
