Summary

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Briefs: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients in the advanced packaging market for our semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, as well as a deep understanding of the semiconductor especially ad-vanced packing industry. Job Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with multilevel person within the target key accounts in the ad-vanced packaging market for our semiconductor products.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.  Understand client needs and provide comprehensive solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.  Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.  Monitor customer needs, market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportuni-ties.  Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.  Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue growth in the semi-conductor segment.

 Other tasks and projects assigned by line manager. Reporting  Timely competitive selling strategy of key account or key project to the sales management team.  Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly rolling forecast to the management team.  Implement all sales information in CRM (salesforce) Job requirements  Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related technical field.  5+ years’ experience as key account manager, proven track record in sales and key account management, preferably in the semiconductor advanced packaging industry.  Good experience and well-established relationship with customer like Hisilicon, SJsemi, JCAP, JCET, SMIC, Tongfu, SPIL etc.

 Experience of direct selling high value equipment into semiconductor customer is required.

 Understanding of semiconductor advanced packaging processes and inspection technologies, with the abil-ity to communicate technical details effectively with customers and internal teams.  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate them to clients.  Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in key account.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Willingness to travel as required.
