We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee our "Gold Tier" customers in the DACH region. This role combines 60% farming (working with existing clients) and 40% hunting (seeking new business opportunities). You’ll be handling plastic pallet containers in a dynamic, fast-paced market.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Manage and nurture relationships with Gold Tier clients, ensuring long-term success
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities, with a small percentage of cold calling involved
• Take ownership of contract management, ensuring profitable and smooth customer agreements
• Regularly visit clients to strengthen relationships and keep contracts aligned
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure top-notch service and delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• B2B sales experience in account management (logistics or supply chain is a plus)
• Fluent in German with strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus)
• Highly organized and motivated to handle contract work, negotiations, and client service
• Proven ability to manage both farming (existing accounts) and hunting (new customers)
• Ability to balance administrative tasks with client-facing activities
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
