Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key residential builders and developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the residential segment.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and product delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on account performance.



Requirements

  • :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • .3+ years of experience in key account management, project sales, or B2B sales in the building materials/construction chemical industry
  • .Strong network with residential builders and developers
  • .Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • .Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
