Summary

Role Overview:

We are seeking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) with 2-3 years of relevant experience within our e-commerce division who will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for the allocated channel partners, among all the platforms the brand is currently live on, including but not limited to Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Reliance, Tata Cliq, Blinkit, & Zepto. The role demands strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and an understanding of the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Joint Business Plans (JBP) with the allocated e-commerce partners, establishing key performance metrics and driving topline growth within the approved budgets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and channel partners, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches.
  • Build SKU-level sales forecasts; monitor product availability to reduce sales loss due to product stockouts.
  • Analyze account performance to identify challenges and implement data-driven solutions for accelerated growth.
  • Negotiate and manage promotional campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and visibility opportunities across the allocated partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends to identify opportunities in the beauty and personal care space.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in key account management within e-commerce (either with a brand or a marketplace).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with the Indian beauty and personal care market is highly desirable.
