Your responsibilities
Summary
The Key Account Manager position is a pivotal position with the priority of successfully managing the commercial responsibility for thyssenkrupp Springs & Stabilizer Bar customers. Specifically responsible for building and maintaining business relationships in a global network with the goal of accomplishing year sales objectives. The Key Account Manager - New Business Growth is the lead customer commercial representative for manufactured products from tk representing not only the plant but the global thyssenkrupp brand. tk is an established and well-respected brand in the automotive industry, our customers believe in our products. Those key relationship are cultivated and sustained by our Sales Team.
Additionally, the Key Account Manager - New Business Growth is a member of the highly collaborative tk team. This team focuses on campus leadership in a challenging, fun and fast paced environment.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, a successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering or business field; master's degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of sales experience in automotive industry or similar.
Technology: Ability to interact Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word). Also, ability to utilize CRM system.
Leadership: Ability to lead medium sized team and ability to guide sales team members on new business growth. Past supervisory experience is a plus.
Travel: Medium travel, up to 30% including international
