Summary

🧩 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic, key account partners
  • Develop and implement account plans that drive sales, profitability, and market share
  • Lead negotiations, monitor performance, and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution
  • Analyze data to forecast trends and optimize product placement and promotion


🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in key account management or sales in the FMCG industry
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with a drive for results
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluent in Macedonian and English
  • Driver’s license (Category B)
