As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with our most important customers. Working closely with the Country Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities include understanding key customer needs and strategic goals, coordinating resources to meet these needs, and identifying business growth opportunities. By delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service, you will enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue.
About The Role
You will maintain existing accounts in public and private sectors, identify potential customers for new business, and offer comprehensive solutions including bespoke products and services. Resolving customer issues, representing the company at events, and achieving sales targets are essential.
For sales administration and reporting, you will manage the sales pipeline, complete P&L documentation, report monthly on project status, use CRM (Sales Force) effectively, and prepare regular progress and forecast reports for stakeholders.
You will utilise academic support resources for customers, present products as academic solutions, and conduct presentations for candidates, students, teachers, authorities, and other stakeholders.
About You
You will have experience in successfully planning and delivering sales plans in learning and/or assessment, focusing on high-value opportunities. As our next Key Account Manager, you will possess excellent commercial awareness and acumen, with a focus on serving customers with our unique solutions and products. You are results-oriented with the ability to think strategically.
