Salary: £45,000-£50,000 Base Salary (OTE up to £100,000)

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will manage key stakeholder relationships, engage in strategic negotiations, and work closely with our most important clients to foster long-term partnerships. Your focus will be on building strong, trusted relationships that contribute to business growth and success.
YOU’LL BE DOING
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Hold regular face-to-face meetings with key account stakeholders to review performance and strengthen partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams, including events, procurement, finance, and legal, to deliver seamless client experiences.
Strategic & Commercial Negotiation
- Lead high-level negotiations to secure new business and retain key accounts with favorable terms.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Sales & Account Management
- Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone and email while providing dedicated account management.
- Develop expert knowledge of Keith Prowse’s hospitality offerings and competitive landscape.
- Effectively present and position hospitality solutions to fulfill customer needs.
- Overcome objections and maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Analyze customer booking patterns to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Present to senior internal and external stakeholders with confidence and impact.
- Process and manage bookings, coaching clients on self-service functionality.
Driving Growth & Innovation
- Proactively expand client relationships, broadening stakeholder networks and geographical reach.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key accounts.
- Drive innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and add value at a group level.
Technology & Process Optimization
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance client engagement.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s broader digital and technological strategy.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development and wider sales team to ensure a unified approach to business growth.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
