Quem procuramos?

Key Account Manager / IT

Local: Lisboa - híbrido (flexível)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales performance
  • Participate in contract negotiations and ensure all terms and conditions are met
  • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to provide clients with the most relevant solutions

Valorizamos

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and services
  • Willingness to travel as needed
