Key Account Manager – Manufacturing | Indy area (On-site)


A growing manufacturing company near Indy is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic customer relationships.

In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts—owning the customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts with tailored communication and solutions.
  • Drive retention and revenue growth through proactive account development.
  • Lead regular client reviews and project coordination.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records (HubSpot preferred).


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in B2B account management—ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success managing complex relationships and growing revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
