Summary

Our client is a fast-growing renowned company in pharmaceutical industry. As part of its ongoing growth, we are searching for a talented and dynamic Key Account Manager to join the International Sales team. The role will be based in Belgrade.


The role:

  • Manages customer relationships and oversees the product delivery process in assigned markets;
  • Monitors the implementation of activities, plans, forecasts, and budgets, and ensures regular weekly and/or monthly reports on sales levels, costs, and activity execution;
  • Communicates with other departments to ensure more efficient execution of tasks and plans – regulatory affairs, production planning, marketing;
  • Assists in the preparation of business plans, sales presentations, materials, and other documents as needed;
  • Supports the development and implementation of sales, service delivery, client retention, and portfolio expansion strategies; analyzes sales data for reporting purposes or to update marketing strategies;
  • Prepares materials for meetings and presentations and performs other administrative tasks assigned by superiors;


The successful applicant:

  • University degree
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
  • Experience in international trade
  • Experience in preparing management reports, calculations, business plans, and budgets;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent spoken and written English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
