Summary

Role requires an individual to closely work with the government stakeholders, shape the tenders through onboarding localized liasoners / dealers and drive sales across institution. He/she will be responsible for leading tender initiation, shaping and will be responsible for receivables post winning of the tender.


He/She will be handling multiple states together and will act like a Regional CEO Responsible in leading and driving the entire Government business across categories.


Scope and responsibilities:

  • Driving Institution sales across NHM, Medical Colleges, ESIC, CGHS, Army etc.
  • Bringing newer products in the portfolio basket by working with OEMs across Pharma, medical devices, consumables, surgical etc.
  • On-boarding potential liasoners to shape the tenders and drive revenue
  • Working with respective P&L Leaders to align on prices, margins and representation letters to provide clear winning strategies


Desired Skills and Functional Experience:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Govt Business – NHM, Army, ESIC, CGHS, Medical Colleges
  • Strong communication skill as all major connects will be govt stakeholders (IAS/IPS).
  • Understanding of legal agreements between liasoners and OEMs
  • Proven track record in achieving new business targets and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Team player to work collaboratively in a cross functional structure.
