Job Title: Key Account Manager - Foodservice, UK


Job Location: London-based role – you’ll need to be within commuting distance of our Liverpool Street office and key customer sites across the city.


Working Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week


Reports to: National Key Account Manager

You're mission:

If you’re a relationship builder, a food lover, and a sales expert eager to make an impact – this is your stage.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Take ownership of key foodservice accounts – from major chains to top-tier independents
  • Develop smart sales strategies to win new business and grow existing partnerships
  • Bring your culinary know-how to the table, helping clients see the delicious potential of New-Meat™
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client success
  • Spot trends, hunt for opportunities, and help Redefine Meat stay ahead in the UK market


What you bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of experience in key account management within the foodservice industry.
  • Hands-on cooking experience in a sales setting – you don’t have to be a Michelin-starred chef, but you know your way around the kitchen
  • A deep understanding of London’s food scene and the broader UK market
  • Proven track record of driving sales and hitting key account targets
  • Experience working with major food wholesalers such as Brake’s, Bidfood, KFF, and Elite Fine Foods
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to develop impactful presentations and sales strategies
  • Data-driven mindset and strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Collaborative mindset across teams to deliver on client needs
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region as required
