Job Location: London-based role – you’ll need to be within commuting distance of our Liverpool Street office and key customer sites across the city.

In this role, you’ll:
- Take ownership of key foodservice accounts – from major chains to top-tier independents
- Develop smart sales strategies to win new business and grow existing partnerships
- Bring your culinary know-how to the table, helping clients see the delicious potential of New-Meat™
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client success
- Spot trends, hunt for opportunities, and help Redefine Meat stay ahead in the UK market
What you bring to the table:
- 7+ years of experience in key account management within the foodservice industry.
- Hands-on cooking experience in a sales setting – you don’t have to be a Michelin-starred chef, but you know your way around the kitchen
- A deep understanding of London’s food scene and the broader UK market
- Proven track record of driving sales and hitting key account targets
- Experience working with major food wholesalers such as Brake’s, Bidfood, KFF, and Elite Fine Foods
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to leverage data and insights to develop impactful presentations and sales strategies
- Data-driven mindset and strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset
- Collaborative mindset across teams to deliver on client needs
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region as required
