Key Account Manager@Flip

What you’ll have to do:

• Identifying, phone/email-based prospecting and recruiting of new clients and partners;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets;
• Learn and understand the specificities of the categories to spot popular brands, market trends and competitor activity;
• Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of clients and partner;
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer support, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Attend to webinars, conferences, and events to develop new partnerships with strategic sellers.

What makes you a good fit:

• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• 1-3 years of proven experience in similar positions as telesales / sales consultancy / business development;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner;
• Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets;
• Numerical thinking, with good Excel skills;
• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related;
