Summary

  • Responsible for key client relationship management on the Lazada platform, establishing and maintaining long-term and stable partnerships.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow key client business.
  • Deeply understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order execution, customer service, and issue resolution.
  • Regularly analyze sales data, assess market trends, and provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B sales or client management in e-commerce &/or consumer electronics industry, is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and persuading key decision-makers.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure with strong organizational and priority management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce market, in-depth understanding of the Lazada platform, and a good sense of market insights.
