We are looking for a Key Account Manager!
Responsibilities:
Seek new customers within the assigned area to develop the customer and distributor base.
Close deals and contracts with new customers.
Full ownership on assigned customer performance (Gross & Net Sales)
Managing the P&L by customer & BDA compliance.
Develop and conduct ideas, plans, and activities contributing to sales growth.
Perform KPIs to ensure the target achievements.
Fill the CRM with the details of the activities and results.
Prepare the sales reports every week/month.
Develop and maintain strong product know-how to be able to advise and convince customers through technical knowledge.
Report on daily market visit activities with the sales manager and in one-on-one weekly sales meeting in order to track progress versus target achievement.
Manage team of merchandiser.
Perfect instore execution.
Skills:
Minimum 5+ years' experience in FMCG in Sales related roles.
Ability to work with small wholesale, B2B sectors.
High self-motivated and well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Experienced in any CRM.
Should possess a UAE Driving License & Car.
