We are looking for a Key Account Manager!


Responsibilities:

  • Seek new customers within the assigned area to develop the customer and distributor base.
  • Close deals and contracts with new customers.
  • Full ownership on assigned customer performance (Gross & Net Sales)
  • Managing the P&L by customer & BDA compliance.
  • Develop and conduct ideas, plans, and activities contributing to sales growth.
  • Perform KPIs to ensure the target achievements.
  • Fill the CRM with the details of the activities and results.
  • Prepare the sales reports every week/month.
  • Develop and maintain strong product know-how to be able to advise and convince customers through technical knowledge.
  • Report on daily market visit activities with the sales manager and in one-on-one weekly sales meeting in order to track progress versus target achievement.
  • Manage team of merchandiser.
  • Perfect instore execution.


Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in FMCG in Sales related roles.
  • Ability to work with small wholesale, B2B sectors.
  • High self-motivated and well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Experienced in any CRM.
  • Should possess a UAE Driving License & Car.
