• ✅ Achieve 100% Sales vs. Target across all Mindanao distributors
• ✅ Ensure Collection within 14 days and manage returns within 2% cap
• ✅ Open 100+ new doors per quarter to expand distribution footprint
• ✅ Drive field performance, compliance, and sell-out initiatives
• ✅ Align local execution with national sales and trade marketing strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• 📌 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to Mindanao markets
• 📌 Proven leadership in managing distributor field teams and business reviews
• 📌 Strong analytical mindset, operational discipline, and influencing skills
• 📌 Proficient in sales reporting tools, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
• 📌 Strategic, field-ready, and adaptable—willing to travel extensively within the region
