At UF PRO we design and manufacture high-end tactical garment systems for law enforcement and military personnel allowing them to accomplish their mission under the harshest physical and environmental conditions. We are building up our sales team and are looking for an experienced:


Key Account Manager (DACH)


As part of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer and distribution partner support
  • On-site visits and trade fair participation
  • Order and delivery management
  • Sales projects and documentation
  • Product presentations and training
  • Market research and opportunity identification
  • Inquiry analysis and proposal preparation
  • Sales reporting and performance analysis
  • Knowledge transfer and internal collaboration
  • Sales process improvement and innovation


Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of customer needs in military and law enforcement organizations.
  • Proven experience in sales and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset, drive for excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.


This role is a work from home role with business trips as required by the business.
