Practical Information:

Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines | Reports to: Channel Account Manager | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Philippines | Language Requirements: Fluent/Professional English, written and spoken | Work Arrangement: Hybrid


As our new Key Account Manager, you will join our highly skilled Sales Team based in the Philippines, where you will be responsible for attracting new customers across our enterprise and corporate portfolio, while also deepening engagement with existing customers (e.g., in the retail sector) to drive adoption and retention. You will identify and assess opportunities to expand revenue and services, creating value for both Crayon and our clients. Your daily activities will include a balanced focus on growing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.


Other responsibilities will include

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan to achieve quarterly sales targets and annual revenue goals within the Philippine market
  • Leading business development efforts, pipeline generation, sales and marketing activities, and demand creation initiatives, with accurate forecasting and timely CRM reporting
  • Planning and building a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, opportunity tracking, order booking, and collections on a weekly basis, while delivering on defined KPIs
  • Building solid knowledge of products, solutions, and services, particularly around key partners and publishers


Your Competencies

  • 5+ years of sales experience, or relevant experience in Enterprise and Corporate Account Management
  • Demonstrated success in selling multi-cloud solutions and software licensing
  • Background in working with consultancy businesses, with strong negotiation, presentation, and sales skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Cloud portfolio

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels—from technical teams (leveraging pre-sales support when needed) to C-level executives
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to manage tight deadlines while staying attuned to evolving customer needs and market dynamics
