We are a rapidly growing casino software company transforming the iGaming space across Southeast Asia. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive growth, and support the strategic development of key accounts.


About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main contact for clients, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions while identifying new growth opportunities. You'll work closely with internal teams to align business goals and deliver exceptional service.


Responsibilities

  • Grow client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches and up-sell/cross-sell relevant solutions.
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams for business-related projects.
  • Support product rollouts and service launches.
  • Conduct client research and analysis to recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with compliance, product, and project teams to enhance client accounts.
  • Benchmark offerings with the market and provide competitive insights.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and exhibitions in the B2B live gaming space.
  • Analyze reports, extract insights, and support decision-making.
  • Resolve client issues, ensure satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally in iGaming or B2B software.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Educational background in a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
