We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Ultinon Motion Business Unit that will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager Italy and Greece. The main purpose of the role is to manage a portfolio of Automotive Aftermarket & Specialist customer accounts, including buying groups and large multi-site distributors to drive revenue and profitability and to identify and convert new business opportunities within the Automotive Aftermarket division.


What will you do:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing and/or new customers.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with other business departments, such as marketing, sales and production, to ensure that customer demands are met.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market and competitor trends to propose effective strategies.


Profile requirements:

  • Management degree is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years Sales experience as KAM
  • Experience of Automotive Aftermarket is a nice to have
  • High level of organisational skill regarding planning, preparation, execution and follow up
  • Team-work oriented and able to operate remotely and upon own initiative
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to negotiate to obtain advantageous agreements.
  • Strong focus on customer needs and ability to offer customized solutions.
  • Ability to analyse market data and plan long-term strategies.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the market and customer needs.
  • English language Required
  • Willingness to travel 70% mainly on National level and Europe
  • Good knowledge Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Confidentiality Required
