Sales Management: Align with sales targets to identify high-performing and valuable channels, break down objectives, and explore opportunities for sales growth.
Distributor Management: Identify and develop potential distributors; maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors to enhance loyalty and guide them to achieve sales growth and market share expansion in alignment with business strategies.
Key Account (KA) Management: Collaborate with or assist distributors in managing key accounts (KA), monitor and analyze sales data, identify valuable channels, and adjust sales strategies and directions in a timely manner.
Channel Coverage and Sales Enhancement: Assist distributors in developing and expanding new channels to increase brand coverage and sales in Romania.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chinese team to implement headquarters' market strategies, ensuring channel strategies are effectively executed through MDs and secondary distributors.
Market Insights and New Product Launch: Conduct market research and field visits to formulate strategies and plans for new product launches; monitor competitors' activities and market trends to adjust our strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with Key Account (KA) development and management experience.
In-depth knowledge of the tobacco and FMCG industries, with familiarity with major local wholesalers and key accounts.
Language proficiency: Fluent in Romanian and English.
Must be a Romanian resident.
Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills.
Possesses a valid driver’s license and owns a car.
