🔍 Your Mission


As Key Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion and customer success in the Benelux region. Your role is to win new clients, establish strategic partnerships, and maximize brand presence across retail and out-of-home (OOH) channels.


  • Client Development & Partnerships – Build strong, long-term relationships with key retail and OOH partners, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Market Expansion & Growth Strategy – Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to increase market share.
  • Product Launches & Promotions – Own the go-to-market strategy for new products, ensuring strong visibility and engagement.
  • Negotiation & Business Development – Manage annual negotiations, contracts, and growth plans with key customers.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage Nielsen data & market insights to optimize assortments and drive sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Work hand-in-hand with marketing and sales teams to plan high-impact brand activations.


🎯 Who You Are

  • A Natural Business Builder – You have 5+ years of experience in retail and/or out-of-home (OOH) account management, with a proven track record of winning and developing key accounts.
  • Strategic & Hands-On – You can develop big-picture strategies while also executing with precision and agility.
  • Proactive & Autonomous – You’re an independent thinker who takes ownership, loves a challenge, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative & Results-Oriented – You know that teamwork drives success and are focused on delivering tangible business growth.
  • Multilingual Communicator – You’re fluent in Dutch & French, with strong English skills.
