Summary

One of India's fastest growing consumer health platforms Clinikally is looking for a sharp Key Account Manager to drive brand partnerships in dermatology and wellness.

About The Role

As a KAM at Clinikally.com, you will have the unique opportunity to help expand the offerings and product categories available for Clinikally’s users, whilst helping expand the scope of an ever growing tele-consultation offering.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with category managers to deliver critical products and brands to the platform
  • Formulate a comprehensive account wise strategy including promotions like telehealth tie ups
  • Delivering revenue targets & managing the entire channel’s P&L
  • Work closely with external brand stakeholders to ensure substantive collaborations
  • Ensure effective in-stock index and healthy fill rates across products with focus on top sellers
  • Developing strategies for sub-conditions basis consumer profile makeup
  • Understanding users, mining insights from data & consultations and translating them into growth opportunities
  • Work towards conceptualizing and executing category building initiatives
  • Actively contributing towards assessing impact of related campaigns/properties

Qualifications For The Role

  • 3+ years- experience in e-commerce sales/e-pharmacy/account management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong skills in interpersonal communication, and adept at writing.
  • Experience with healthcare, derma, pharma and/or beauty brands
  • Work with diverse stakeholders in a collaborative manner
