The Key account manager is responsible for all commercial aspects of the product portfolio. His/her tasks include, at project level, customer relationship management, new business development (acquisition), commercial management of future models up to product launch and commercial management of current models throughout the product life cycle. The Sales Manager works with a cross-functional program team led by a Program Manager and is the main interface with the client's purchasing organization (project level).
