The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with our merchant partners, ensuring they maximize the value of Billease's services. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving, developing strategies, and driving growth for both our merchants and Billease.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchant Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant partners, building strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and success with BillEases services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and monitor merchant performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the use of BillEases payment solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth for both BillEase and our merchants.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or operational challenges in a timely and professional manner, working closely with internal teams to provide solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on BillEases products, services, and updates, effectively communicating these to merchant partners to ensure full utilization of the platform.
  • Onboarding: Guide new merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and seamless experience as they integrate BillEases payment options into their systems.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure the success of merchants and to relay feedback that can drive product development.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in the partnerships progress.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, client success, or sales within the fintech, e-commerce, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Location: Visayas
