What You’ll Do

• Leverage expertise in BEES Logistics features—such as order management, delivery dates and models, inventory management, route optimization, and tracking—to guide partners' operational decisions and seamlessly integrate platform capabilities with their operations.

• Lead the implementation and evolution of logistics strategies, providing partners with actionable insights and best practices to reduce costs, enhance delivery accuracy, and improve operational efficiency, all while ensuring a superior customer experience.

• Monitor and act on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Delivery Net Promoter Score (NPS), On-Time in Full (OTIF), Order Status, and Rate My Delivery. Develop clear, actionable plans that ensure partners meet performance benchmarks and continuously improve operational excellence.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, showcasing the value of logistics tools through performance reports and case studies. Clearly demonstrate the connection between platform functionalities and measurable improvements in key metrics.


What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in logistics operations, with a strong preference for key account management expertise.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas like INDEX-MATCH and VLOOKUP.

• Negotiation skills to align diverse stakeholder interests and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Familiarity with tools like Databricks, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.

• English proficiency is essential, and advanced Spanish skills are highly desirable.

• You’ll be focused on improving critical Logistics KPIs, including Order Fulfillment, OTIF, Rate My Delivery, and NPS, by optimizing our partners' logistics processes.

• You’ll have the ability to measure and unlock opportunities through the implementation of various BEES Logistics capabilities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills will set you apart in driving effective collaboration and delivering results.
