About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven Key Account Manager – Singapore & Malaysia to join our international sales team. Based in Singapore and reporting to our Head of Asia, this role is all about building powerful partnerships and unlocking growth for some of Australia’s most loved wine brands.


You’ll lead distributor and retail engagement across both countries, bring our brand strategy to life in market, and identify smart ways to grow our presence and profitability across retail, e-commerce, on-premise, and duty-free. If you’re passionate about wine, great at making things happen, and thrive in fast-moving environments, this could be your perfect pour.


What you’ll do:

  • Be the face of AV in Singapore and Malaysia, managing key distributor and retail relationships
  • Lead joint business planning and quarterly reviews to align goals and drive performance
  • Champion our brands on shelf, wine lists, and online platforms with a focus on quality distribution
  • Deliver sales growth across both core ranges and innovations like Poco Vino
  • Collaborate on engaging trade marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Deliver wine education and training to distributor teams and key customers
  • Monitor market trends and share insights to inform future strategy
  • Provide timely reports and updates to support decision-making


What you’ll bring:

  • A natural relationship builder with experience in wine or premium FMCG sales, ideally in Asia
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives on driving growth and building long-term value
  • Commercially minded with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Wine knowledge to WSET Level 2 or equivalent (preferred)
  • Open to travel and flexible working to meet market needs
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable)
