Responsible for overseeing, guiding, and evaluating the sales team and local partners in their area of responsibility
Sets and monitors KPIs for their team, clients, and partners within the region
Conducts market data analysis and studies for their clients and area
Designs and monitors agreements with all customers in the designated territory
Collaborates with the Trade Marketing department to plan and effectively execute promotional activities for their clients
Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration
Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector (preferably in the food industry)
Excellent command of the English language
Proficient in computer use and MS Office applications, as well as internet tools
