Summary

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of an account management strategy to build steady revenue streams with selected clients on a global level. Collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization will be essential in successfully developing and implementing the strategy and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will engage with key accounts and network at industry events to increase visibility. You will report to the Commercial Director, with whom you will work together closely to refine the commercial strategy.

In more detail, you are responsible to:

  • Develop and lead the execution of an account management strategy and coaching colleagues on effective account management practices on a global level;
  • Have regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects, explore new business opportunities, and strengthen the relationship, based on annual revenue targets for selected clients;
  • Collaborate closely with your business development colleagues and key internal stakeholders, including Marketing Specialists, Business Leads, and Consultants, to identify and unlock new business opportunities, while supporting them to translate developments at clients into actionable business opportunities;
  • Participate in the weekly operations meetings to ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Account Management, and the project delivery teams;
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of a new internal system for project and account management, helping to optimize sales processes and improve cross-departmental alignment;
  • Represent Qserve at key industry events in Europe to network, increase visibility and strengthen our market position;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the Commercial Director in shaping and refining the commercial strategy.


What You Will Bring To The Team

  • Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as commercial, business administration or technical direction;
  • Experience in the MedTech industry or the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry;
  • Proven experience in account management, with the ability to lead the development of a comprehensive account management strategy, effectively roll it out across the organization, and bring a clear vision of what successful account management looks like;
  • Experience in working in a B2B environment selling services;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Good organizational and administrative skills;
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills;
  • An enthusiastic and persuasive approach to effectively drive the successful rollout of the account management strategy;
  • Located in the Netherlands or the North-Western part of Germany;
  • Availability for 32 – 40 hours per week and ability to work from the Arnhem office for at least one day per week;
  • Fluent in English.
