You will manage active clients with care and precision, ensure seamless CRM operations, and maintain outstanding service levels through structured follow-ups and resolution of product inquiries. This role bridges service, sales, and CRM, with clear incentives tied to performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
️ Account Management & Retention
● Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-end B2B clients in architecture, interiors, and
hospitality.
● Ensure consistent communication through structured monthly follow-ups and relationship
nurturing.
● Monitor order statuses, product feedback, and ongoing satisfaction metrics.
CRM & Ticket Flow Ownership
● Manage incoming client inquiries (product details, stock availability, order updates) from various
channels.
● Use CRM (Zoho) to document interactions, monitor issue resolution, and generate reports.
● Maintain a service-first, solution-oriented tone that reflects the brand’s high standards.
📈 Growth & Upsell
● Identify and propose add-on sales or new product recommendations to existing distributors.
● Track client growth trends and contribute to sales expansion through proactive insight.
● Support the international sales team by preparing account insights and summaries.
