Are you ready to transition from the construction site to a client-focused role—without giving up flexibility? Our client, a well-established mid-sized manufacturing company, is looking for a motivated professional with a background as a Bauführer or Bauleiter to join their growing team as a Key Account Manager (m/w/d). This role offers excellent home-office possibilities, allowing you to balance autonomy with impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships (construction companies, architects, engineering offices and steel distributors).
  • Take full responsibility for assigned projects—from initial contact to successful acquisition.
  • Identify and win new business through targeted, project- and customer-specific consultations.
  • Create and present tailored offers and manage contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate production schedules in close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide expert support throughout the entire client journey.


Your Profile

  • Background as Bauführer or Bauleiter.
  • A few years of hands-on experience in a similar role—required.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not a must.
  • Fast learner who stays calm under pressure and thrives in organization and communication.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in German is a must.
