Job Summary

We are seeking a professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building the Account Management team from the ground up and leading it while overseeing the daily business operations of SQUAD offices in Central Europe to promote efficiency and alignment with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions and services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve problems effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and promptly address any issues or concerns.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work with Finance, Legal, HR, and Delivery teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Oversee the implementation of business systems and tools for performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications And Skills

  • BSc/MSc degree, preferably in project management.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in large, international companies.
  • Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing clients' needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Understanding of contract terms and pricing models.
  • Strong grasp of customer success principles and best practices, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills in multicultural environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (C1).
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian.
