Your Responsibilities
● Together with your team colleagues, you will ensure comprehensive and professional customer support, from new product introductions and promotional agreements to sales closure and after-sales support and analysis.
● You will inspire our end customers [ Retail - Foodservice ] with our product range and service, maintaining stable relationships with existing customers across all gastronomy segments.
● You will plan, manage, and monitor your sales activities to achieve revenue and profit targets in line with internal company guidelines.
● You have a strong understanding of numbers and enjoy working as part of a team.
● You will closely analyze market trends and identify opportunities and potential new customers to unlock new revenue streams.
● You will be responsible for the results of the customers you manage, conducting annual discussions, planning, and managing budgets and demand.
● Additionally, you will attend trade fairs to discover new opportunities and strengthen relationships.
Your Profile
● Completed vocational training or a degree from a university of applied sciences, or comparable professional experience and mindset.
● Ideally, at least 5/6 years of experience in food sales.
● Strong communication skills, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and teamwork.
● You live in Germany within your future sales territory: Western and Southern Germany.
● High willingness to travel and strong time and self-management skills.
● A structured and strategic working style comes naturally to you.
● Fluent in German at a native/bilingual level. Good English skills and proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
