Kafka Architect & Kafka Developer – Contract Roles (Hybrid | Gdańsk, Poland)

We are hiring Kafka Architects and Kafka Developers to join a long-term project focused on supporting and enhancing a complex Kafka environment. Both roles are hybrid (3 days remote, 2 onsite) based in Gdańsk, Poland.

Location: Gdańsk, Poland

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (Poland time)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)

Kafka Architect

Key Skills & Experience:

• 12–15 years in IT with strong Kafka architecture expertise
• Deep experience in cluster setup, replication, tuning, upgrades
• Proficient in Ansible CI/CD, Java shell scripting, Spring Boot
• Strong stakeholder and performance monitoring experience
• English required; Polish is a plus

Kafka Developer

Key Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years in Kafka development and integration
• Strong Java/Spring Boot with Kafka producer/consumer experience
• Hands-on with Ansible, shell scripting, and production support
• Experience with performance tuning and automation
• English required; Polish is a plus
